You will be charged the first payment upon registration, then you will receive 5 separate invoices, 30 days apart for the difference, divided into 5 equal payments.
Terms and Conditions:
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and based on Single Occupancy. If you are booking from outside Canada, your account will be charged in your local currency based on the exchange rate on the date of your transaction.

In the event you are forced to cancel AFTER December 31st, 2025, you forfeit 50% of price of the Retreat.
In the event you must cancel PRIOR (and in between) September 1st to December 31st, 2025, you forfeit 25% of the price of the Retreat.
In the event you must cancel and wish to still attend a retreat, you can transfer your Retreat to another 2026 or 2027 Retreat.
You agree to sign a Liability Waiver and upon attending the Retreat, releasing the Host and it’s vendors of any liability in the event of an accident.
You agree to sign a Social media consent form to be famous with me and share images on social media of the Retreat so that I may be able to promote it the following years.
You must have Travel and Medical Insurance prior to attending the event.
I am charged a 3% processing fee by my website provider which is included in your price.
