On January 1st, 2019, I started documenting my “streak” - running or walking 5km every single day.
I’m a mother, a marathoner, and a force to be reckoned with. I also happen to be in a bigger body.
Being open and honest about my journey (and my weight) has helped me grow a community of 77,000 people, and empowered me to launch Run Your Life Magazine.
My greatest hope is that when you open the pages of Run Your Life Magazine, you see yourself - whomever that may be.
